This white wine produced in Jumilla is tremendously light-hearted. In blind tasting, you could believe it came from a more northerly area, due to its cheerful nuances that recall tropical fruit. A gust of freshness that harmonises with the first moments of the meal.
Straw yellow-green with medium intensity, clean and bright, with plenty of tears. Aromas of different white fruits, such as peach, pear, pineapple and passion fruit, intermixed with delicate hints of jasmine and orange blossoms, which give exotic touches. On the palate it is fresh, glyceric, with a nice varietal character and remarkable persistence.
Salads, fried seafood, shellfish boiled or grilled, white fish, cheese, rice with seafood (like ‘paella’).
