Monastrell in its purest form, cultivated bearing the greatest of respect for the environment to guarantee that the flora and fauna of El Carche live alongside viticulture in harmony. Wine that is typically very soothing, just like the surroundings.
Intense garnet red colour. The nose feels a great intensity of black mature fruit (blackberry and prunes) together with Mediterranean herbs (thyme and rosemary), minerals, toasted notes, fine cedar wood, spices (clove and cinnamon) and cocoa. On the palate is juicy and well structured, with good presence of dried black fruit. Good and well integrated tannin.
