Description
Thanks to the decanter design, the wine can be bottled unfiltered, i.e. directly from the tank, thus preserving all its original properties when consumed. The decanter itself offers added enjoyment for customers, while the small label helps to keep the bottle’s distinctive design in the spotlight. The name is meant as a pun: the Spanish word infiltrado means both “unfiltered” and “infiltrator”, which makes us think of the undercover agents in detective stories. This wine will surely be the source of much talk among your guests.
Tasting notes
Displays an attractive purplish colour with intense aromas of red fruit and sweets, with hints of new wood and white spices. Very fresh in the mouth with a burst of youth and natural flavour.
The exclusive design of this bottle, which acts as a decanter, delivers a unique experience, as close as possible to tasting the wine straight from the vat in the winery, with the advantage that the natural sediments of the unfiltered wine are prevented from reaching the glass. This allows us to keep all its integrity and properties intact, enjoying a wine in its purest and original state, which becames its main attribute. It should be served slowly.

A very versatile wine. It pairs white meats, cold meats, mid cured cheeses, seafood rices, fish and meat dishes and barbecues. Great to be enjoyed accompanied or with a good reading.
