The new creation of Casa de la Ermita, a 100% Monastrell wine, organic and with 12 months in oak french barrels. A complex, full-bodied wine that leaves no one indifferent.
At an altitude of 700 meters, in the freshness of the north face of the Sierra del Carche, on land of gravel, silt and sand with round stones, our Monastrell grows in the Parcela los Pinos.
High robe colour with violet tones, very expressive aromatically with aromas of very ripe black fruit, typical of Monastrell, with very marked nuances of undergrowth and shrubs, such as thyme and rosemary, assembled with mineral and spicy notes as well as toasted and smoked notes typical of its time in French oak barrels for 12 months. On the palate it is a very complex, powerful and full-bodied wine, where it expresses its full potential with a round yet reactive tannin.
