Different both inside and out. Produced from the native Monastrell variety, it is fresh on the outside and soothing on the inside. Ideal for sharing with people who have the same interests. Uninhibited enjoyment from the first moment.
Red color garnet wine. In nose it develops intense notes of black mature ripe fruit, balsamic, cocoa, white spices and torrefactos. On the palate it is fresh, mineral, tasty, elegant and balanced.
Chicken rice or game meat, cured sausages, stews of meat, Jumilla’s gazpachos, white tasty or red meats, roasted lamb, cheeses of half a treatment, and blue fish as the red tuna.
