Description
Whereas Monastrell is still the leading variety in our region, we are now aware of the adaptive capacity displayed by Syrah grapes in Jumilla. The great potential of these grapes becomes evident in this wine. A sublime combination of soil, water, fruit and sunshine gives this wine its majestic character.
Concentration, harmony, roundness, intense colour, floral notes with hints of violets and high complexity are but a few of this wine’s numerous attributes. Tasting Note
Intense maroon colour, purplish at the rim. Rich aroma dominated by an explosion of ripe red and black fruit with elegant smoky, balsamic and vainilla notes. in the mouth it is fleshy and silky, with a lasting fruity, toasted aroma and hints of white spices.
