Making a wine that is very rich in fruit is perfectly compatible with environmentally-friendly ecological farming. This wine is a clear demonstration of the fact. It gives you a feel of how interesting 100% Monastrell can be in a young wine.
Garnet in colour with dark violet edges. Sensations of fruits with floral and liquorice notes. Mature tannins with aromatic balsamic aromas and a spicy peppery finish.
Pair with spicy red meat dishes, pasta with tomato sauce, sausages and hearty roast dishes.
The sweet version of Monastrell is produced using over-ripe grapes that have been left in the field for longer to extract all their essence. Sweet but not heavy. It’s up to you to decide whether you prefer it with cheese, dessert or both.
Purple red colour, well covered. On the nose are aromas of well ripped wild fruit together with some spices. On the palate, rich flavours of wild jam fruit . Tasty with good tannins, that counteract the sweetness which is not excessive.
Sweetness and subtlety coexist in this wine to achieve high levels of sensuality. You can drink it with foie gras, but also with desserts with light colourations, although some prefer it with ice cream. Discover the way you like it the best!
Manual harvesting of the overripe Macabeo varietal grapes. In field bunches selection with more than 21º of Baumé. Low temperature fermentation until 15% vol is reached. The rest of the sugars will remain in the wine to provide its sweet character. Finally it is bottled in the characteristic 500ml bottle.
Straw greenish color. It develops notes of Mediterranean fruits, such as peach, apricot, along with other tropical fruits, such as pineapple, mango or passion fruit on the nose. Floral hints also shown (orange blossom, jasmine). It is harmonious, buttery, sweet, with a sweet level just not to be overly sweet. Good notes of white fruit jam. Very long finish.

This white wine produced in Jumilla is tremendously light-hearted. In blind tasting, you could believe it came from a more northerly area, due to its cheerful nuances that recall tropical fruit. A gust of freshness that harmonises with the first moments of the meal.
Straw yellow-green with medium intensity, clean and bright, with plenty of tears. Aromas of different white fruits, such as peach, pear, pineapple and passion fruit, intermixed with delicate hints of jasmine and orange blossoms, which give exotic touches. On the palate it is fresh, glyceric, with a nice varietal character and remarkable persistence.
Salads, fried seafood, shellfish boiled or grilled, white fish, cheese, rice with seafood (like ‘paella’).

The new creation of Casa de la Ermita, a 100% Monastrell wine, organic and with 12 months in oak french barrels. A complex, full-bodied wine that leaves no one indifferent.
At an altitude of 700 meters, in the freshness of the north face of the Sierra del Carche, on land of gravel, silt and sand with round stones, our Monastrell grows in the Parcela los Pinos.
High robe colour with violet tones, very expressive aromatically with aromas of very ripe black fruit, typical of Monastrell, with very marked nuances of undergrowth and shrubs, such as thyme and rosemary, assembled with mineral and spicy notes as well as toasted and smoked notes typical of its time in French oak barrels for 12 months. On the palate it is a very complex, powerful and full-bodied wine, where it expresses its full potential with a round yet reactive tannin.
